  • 1/2 Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 3/4 - 1 cup Cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Put avocado, banana, almond milk, lemon juice, and protein powder in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste and you can add sweetener if you feel the need to adjust the sweetness. Best serve cold.
