  • 1/2 cup carrot clean, peeled, and cut
  • 1/2 cup banana peeled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 scoop whey protein
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender starting with the banana and carrots. Blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
