Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberies, slice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or food container.
  • Keep refrigerated for at least 8 hours. Stir before serving and top with a few slices of strawberries.
