This strawberry overnights oat is high in protein and fiber, easily customizable, perfect as a post-workout meal, and can be made vegan or gluten-free.

Ingredients / Variation For Strawbery Protein Overnight Oats

Oats – For this strawberry overnight oats recipe, I am using rolled oats. You could try other types of oats like quick oats or steel-cut oats but I would not recommend them due to their texture and taste.

Protein Powder – You can make protein overnight oats without protein powder. If you feel you want to have added protein you can choose to add protein powder.

There are a lot of protein powders out there for you to choose from to make strawberry protein overnight oats.

Unsweetened Almond Milk – I like to use unsweetened almond milk without flavor for healthy strawberry overnight oats.

But you can choose to use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, oat, or cashew milk.

Coconut, soy, and cow’s milk also can be used but the flavor will change slightly. But if you are up for an adventure, why not?

Sweeteners – I use unsweetened maple syrup. Other healthier versions are raw honey or stevia.

This is optional, btw. Cause if you know how to choose your fruits well, their natural sweetness is enough.

Yogurt – For this high protein overnight oats, I am using greek yogurt. Alternatively, you can choose low-fat yogurt or unsweetened plant-based yogurt.

Chia Seeds – These seeds are superfoods that you should add to your strawberry protein overnight oats.

One-ounce serving provides 4 grams of protein. They contain a good balance of essential amino acids and are high in omega-3!

Fruits – This high-protein overnight oat is so versatile, you can choose a lot of different fruits to put in this strawberry overnight oats recipe.

I am using strawberries. But feel free to add or change other fruits like blueberries, grapes, watermelon, or honeydew.

The choices are limitless. But I would recommend that you choose high water-dense fruits.
